The tournament records on the official website include 3rd place in the girls' team event at the 68th All Japan High School Kendo Tournament in 2021, victory at the Kaiseiki National High School Girls' Kendo Tournament in 2018, and the team victory at the 66th Kanto High School Kendo Tournament in 2019 (the 15th title in 3 years).

- In April 1910, the Nearby Six Village Municipal Tsurusaki Girls' Technical and Arts Supplementary School opened, and in 1944, it was renamed Oita Prefecture Tsurusaki Higher Girls' School. In 1942, Tsurusaki Town Municipal Tsurusaki Junior High School was established and renamed Oita Prefecture Tsurusaki Junior High School in the same year. In April 1948, the new system high school was established as Oita Prefectural Tsurusaki High School, and in 1961, the industrial course became independent. In April 1964, it was renamed Oita Prefectural Oita Tsurusaki High School.
