- Established in May 1950 as Miyazaki Higher Accounting College. The educational corporation Nisshogakuen was founded in 1953, and the name was changed to Nisshogakuen High School in April 1987. In April 2004, Nisshogakuen Junior High School opened, making it a combined junior and senior high school.

- The boys' kendo club won their first championship at the 35th All Japan High School Kendo Selected Tournament in March 2026. They placed 3rd in the team event at the All Japan High School Championships in August 2025, 3rd nationwide at the Gyokuryu-ki High School Kendo Tournament in July 2025, and were team runners-up at the 40th Kyushu High School Selected Kendo Tournament in February 2026. In the Miyazaki Prefectural Tournament in June 2026, they won the team championship for the 10th time and for the 3rd consecutive year.

- In April 1999, Seisa International High School was established. Initially, learning centers were opened in Ashibetsu Main School, Sapporo, Yokohama, Osaka, and Fukui, and then expanded nationwide. In 2019, the main school was moved from Ashibetsu to Sapporo. The Takamatsu Learning Center is located in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture.

- Starting with one member in fiscal year 2020, aiming for "number one in Japan." In fiscal year 2023, they won the Kagawa Prefecture team championship and were runners-up in the Shibata flag competition. In fiscal year 2025 (Reiwa 7), they achieved 8th place in the men's team at the National High School Sports Federation Kendo Tournament (Hiroshima) and 5th place at the 79th National Sports Festival (Shiga). At the Kagawa Prefecture High School Kendo Rookie Tournament in fiscal year 2025 (Reiwa 7), the school's players took first, second, and third place in the men's individual competition. 松村太樹 won the individual competition at the Shikoku High School Kendo Championship in June 2026, and won both the team and individual competitions in the Kagawa Prefecture qualifiers.
