- Founded in 1904 as a private girls' school, it was transferred to Okayama Prefecture in 1928. Following the educational system reform of 1948, it became a co-educational high school in 1950.

The school has 13 athletic clubs and 15 cultural clubs, but we were unable to confirm the kendo club’s national tournament results in this investigation.
